brMalls believes meritocracy is a powerful way to achieve results and develop people. Everyone has individual goals, from Directors to Interns. With Siteware’s solution, the People & Management team can assess overall performance: first by defining indicators and weights for each goal, and then—during results reviews—by using the system to calculate each employee’s performance score.
